    Established in 1902


    The Consolidated Ice Company, also known as the Huntington Ice Company, was organized by Hewitt G. Sammis in 1902. In 1930, the company merged with several other ice companies to create the Long Island Ice Corporation. In 1959, the local plant was acquired by the Losquadro Ice Group of Brooklyn. Losquadro was acquired by Artic Glacier, Inc. of Canada in 2004 to serve as a distribution point.

    We have brought you all of the modern day amenities for upscale living, while maintaining the integrity and character of this iconic Huntington building. We’ve combined sleek lines, high loft like ceilings and finishes that embody industrial chic, such as steel, brick, slate and rustic wood finishes.


    Our kitchens will have custom wood cabinetry with granite counters, island seating, stainless steel appliances, including dishwashers. There will be cognac wood floors, 10’ ceilings, crown mouldings and high hats throughout. Highly efficient, split unit central air conditioning and heat to lower utility bills. Third floor units have sky lights and some select 1 and 2 bedrooms have balconies.


    Amenities available include washer and dryers in each 2 and 3 bedroom unit, outdoor patio for resident use, remote access guest system, covered garage parking for a separate fee and private parking lot. There is also street parking and a large municipal parking lot adjacent to the building.


    Small pets are allowed with a $495 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $50 per month for each pet. Limit of 2 pets per apartment. Pets are restricted to the 2nd floor units only.


    Designated spots in our parking garage are available for a fee of $200 per month on a limited basis. Street parking, nearby municipal lots and retail parking are available as well.

    Leasing procedure: A credit report and photo ID are required to be considered for a lease. Standard fees include 1 month security deposit and 1 month broker fee. Due to the estimated building occupancy date, leases will be signed with a flexible occupancy between February and March of 2016. If unforeseen circumstances prevent occupancy during that time, tenants will have the option to wait for occupancy or have all deposits/fees refunded and lease will become null and void.
